When will my order be shipped?


All in-stock items will be shipped in approximately 3-7 business days after purchase. All special orders or items not in stock will be shipped in approximately 7-10 business days after purchase. Purchases made on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.




Where do you ship orders to?


We are currently able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, Canada, and Australia. All other international countries can send us an email with price and confirmation method of delivery to the country before placing your order. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costswill be prior to buying. We do not ship orders to PO Boxes.




What delivery methods you use?


Shipping addresses within the United States, Canada, and Australia will be shipped with USPS, Fedex, or UPS 2nd Day Air delivery with signature confirmation only. Complimentary shipping within the United States is automatically included on all orders. For items in stock, next-day delivery is available in the United States only starting at $25.




Will I be charged sales tax?


Sales tax is currently applied to all shipping addresses within Florida State. Rates of 7% will be added during the checkout process prior to order submission.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, returns will be accepted for a full refund for up to 14 business days from the date of receipt. Refunds are not permitted for special orders and/or any sizing or customizations made. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received. Please include a copy of your invoice and all original items shipped.  

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

In order to process your return and receive a refund please email customer service for an RNA confirmation number to be added on the returned shipping. Please allow up to ten working days for a return to process. Once your order has been processed, please allow two to three business days for the refund to appear on the credit card or paypal.
